Application of the Physiotapes:
Before applying the taping strips, the skin should be dry, shaved and free of grease. Apply the beginning and the end of a tape strip without tension. Depending on the tension of the tape during application, the effect will be increased or reduced. The skin-friendly tapes can be left on the skin for several days without hesitation until they peel off on their own.
Note: In rare cases allergic reactions occur. If you feel unwell, remove the tape immediately and consult a doctor. Do not use the Physio-Tape on open wounds.
