Its soft and breathable backing material, coated with a polyacrylate adhesive, helps prevent skin irritation and adhesive residue upon removal. The wound dressing is also equipped with a highly absorbent wound pad with a special contact layer. This special layer prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound and contributes to very gentle and rapid wound healing.
The surgical dressing conforms optimally to the skin and is easy to apply. The rounded corners ensure good and secure adhesion without rolling up. Due to these properties, it is primarily used for acute, exuding wounds, after surgical procedures, or for cuts.
